Doing pretty good. We went to the hair salon in Starke, Florida yesterday so we both could get beautified again! Then we split a dinner at Captain D's and then made a short trip to Walmart. She did really well, tired when we got back home but all and all she is building up her stamina more each day.

Aunt Nancy called last night and is coming to visit with Mom on Sunday here at the house. She has been such a great source of encouragement and so uplifting. I can't thank her enough for being there for Mom and for me during this time. Looking forward to the visit!

I have to blow dry the donor site on her leg 3 times a day. Hopefully Mom will be able to shower by the first of next week so for now it's sponge baths and shampoos at the hair salon.

I have more pictures to post later but for now I'd like to give thanks for Mom being here with us. She might not have gotten the chance to see her grandson Zachary go to his first Military Ball if she weren't here with us now.
