Time for some big thank you's!

Kirsten, Thank you for sending the care package to Grandmother and most of all the hand written note. She had joyful tears to hear from you. She has been wearing the slippers today but doesn't want to get them dirty ;-).

Kristie Sizemore Wright, another beautiful granddaughter who visited and brought her a card and gift with the Lord's prayer on it. (The visit meant the world to Mom.)

Sandy, Thank you for stopping by every day a few times per day to check in on Mom. She looks forward to seeing you.

Marlalee has been faithful to be here almost everyday and is a bright ray of sunshine.

The H&R Block staff has been so supportive and great to visit.

Mike has been good to call and make sure we have everything we need.

Thank you to everyone who has called or stopped by to visit.

Kitty Carver has been awesome to call everyday and has been here to visit every other day allowing me to get a break and run errands.

Zachary has been a terrific grandson looking after his grandmother.

Flowers: John and Debbie Newman, H&R Block x 2, Aunt Nancy and Family and the Shrewsbury's from Florida.

She has received many cards and notes and loves having me read them to her. Pastor Bob has been to visit a few times. I know I slept through a few visitors one afternoon. Thank you to everyone for showing my mom that she makes a difference in the lives of others. I've always said that whatever you send into the lives of others comes back into your own and I'm certain that is why my mother has such a wonderful circle of friends and family rallying around her.

Chip, Barb, Megan and Kirsten have been keeping close tabs with phone calls, facebook and emails. Scott called this morning and a few other days to talk to mom and see how she's doing.

Aunt Nancy of course has called to check on me and mom everyday. Aunt Janet has been checking in too.

Last but not at all least, thank you to my wonderful husband, Paul, for being so supportive of me being here with my mom and of her coming home to be with us for a while. He has been researching therapist and facilities. I appreciate you, babe, for all that you are doing to allow me to be here with Mom. I love you.

I hope I haven't missed anyone. Just wanted to show some appreciation.

love,
Katie
