Mom has had a good day today. We've been able to keep her medicine on a regular schedule and that makes all the difference. She had some visitors today, Shyla from H&R stopped by, John and Debbie Newman from church and Kevin and Sandy Irvin our cousins. It was great to see everyone. Michael and Charlie are here now and have visited for a while and are about to leave.

We spoke with one of the assisting surgeons today and learned that there was a tendon cut in the left arm as well however they were able to repair it. She will need to have physical therapy on that arm as well to rebuild the strength.

We consult with the social worker and surgeon tomorrow regarding the recovery plan. She will likely be traveling back to Florida with me by the middle of next week if not sooner. She'll need her staples and stiches removed this coming Saturday. There are a lot of them to remove.
